Challenge #1 of 100 Mini Challenges, New Year, New You

Day #1 Challenge

This is day 1 of the 100 mini challenges, I encourage you to comment about your goal, if you are doing the same challenge or if you already do this, what you will substitute for your challenge. I will randomly, throughout the 100 mini challenges, select readers who are commenting and doing the challenge themselves to receive a token of success from me.

Day 1 ( January 7, 2013 )

Substitute 1 sugary drink ( Iced Tea, Soda, Kool-Aid, etc) for 16 ounces of water. 

I personally drink (2) 12 ounce Soda's a day, 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner. I am choosing to take away my Soda from dinner and drink 16 ounces of water instead 

Remember, we are starting with small, manageable challenges that everyone can follow easily without having to make huge changes.

I will also be taking my daily Wellesse B-complex and other supplements. You can Buy Wellessee liquid or even any other B-complex or B-12.
