Day 11:100 Mini Challenges, New Year, New You

Yesterday was such a  fun challenge, It's hard to believe we are only on day 11 because I get up each morning thinking about how I can do each challenge and it's been so much fun.

Day 11 ( January 17, 2013) Spend 20 minutes exercising ( walking, anything that gets you moving)

Okay, so this o ne sounds difficult for some, myself sometimes included. You can break it up in two 2 sessions of 10 minutes each if you want.

For today's challenge, I will be doing a 20 minute session of Wii Zumba Fitness...it's exhausting but fun ( even if i can't get all the moves right)
