Day 16: New Year, New You: 100 Mini Challenges

Day 16.....this will be a hard one for me because I love bread and it's going to be tough but I know I can do it.

Day 16 ( January 22, 2013) Go bread free today....other carbs are okay but no bread!

I am trying to think up meals that are totally bread free and I have come up with many but now i have to incorporate them in to my day.
