Day 19 : New Year, New You : 100 Mini Challenges

Day 19.....




What can I say other than this truly has been a journey and I look forward to the other 81 challenges. Who knows, I may continue with a dialy challenge even after the 100 days are up.


Day 19 ( January 25, 2013)  Spend 20 minutes exercising ( walking, anything to get you moving)




 This is a repeat of another challenge, but a little exercise can go a long way...so get to moving!
