Day #2 of 100 Mini Challenges: New Year, New You

Now that we made it through day 1 successfully, I am ready to move on to day 2. 


This challenge will be one of the harder ones for me to stay with but I will do it.


Day 2 challenge: Spend 15 minutes exercising



This means you can spend 15 minutes walking or some other form of exercise, or do (3) 5 minute intervals  of some type of exercise you enjoy and can do.


Tell me what you choose and if you succeed in your day #2 challenge....I had no problem completing day 1...but remember it will get easier and even enjoyable after a few days...I have some fun challenges for us coming up next week with some big surprises throughout all the challenges.
