Day 7 , 100 Mini Challenges : New Year, New You

It's day 7, which means the end of our week of the first of our 100 Mini Challenges.

I think these mini challenges are really encouraging me to be a better New Me, how about you?

Day 7 ( Jan 13, 2013) : Drink 8 oz. of water before each meal

This is one I think will be easier for all of us. Not only will we be giving our body the water we need, but this should help you from over eating at meals.
