My True Beauty Box Review

4:40 PM

As many of you know, I love Make-up and have recently in the pasy 6onths or so been experimenting with different ways to apply makeup and all the different brands, searching for the ones I shall covet forever.

I have also reviewed many Beauty Boxes over the past year and have found a great one to add to my must have list. My True Beauty Box from Lovetruenatural  is simply amazing.

My True Beauty is a monthly box that not only contains samples and full Size products, but everything in the box is creulty free. You have a choice of 3 different boxes, Flirt, Veganista and Indulge. I chose the Flirt for this month and I simply loved it.

I know most of you are aware of several of the Monthly Beauty Box Subscriptions you can subscribe too where you get several samples or full size products each month, but I have to say, My True Beauty Box from lovetruenatural.com has really impressed me.

The first Item in my Box was Benecos Expressive Mint Nail Polish. It is free of the most harmful ingredients. I love the light Mint green color and it last much longer than I expected. I even got a compliment from a random stranger ( A Teenager at that! ) who worked at the local deli and said he liked my Nail polish. Chris always says he likes my nails best when I wear them french Manicure style, but even he had to admit the Expressive Mint was a great color! It was very easy to apply and went on smooth and stayed on. I applied 2 layers of top coat and it was at ;least 6 days before it even started to chip ( which is 3-4 more days than most polishes I wear) This polish alone retails for $11.99 if purchased separately.

Next up in My True Beauty Box was the True Natural Organic Soap In Sweet Grapefruit. This is amazing. I love the smell. I honestly was not sure what to expect and I do not really care for fruity type soaps, but this is one I plan to keep in stock. I love the light flirty scent it gives you and it leaves my skin feeling clean and healthy without any residue like many soaps leave.

The retail on this Soap alone is $ 6.50 if you purchase it by itself.

I think my favorite product was the Benecos Eye-Brow Designer.  It is a cute little two-in-one eyebrow pencil that  helps you sculpt perfect brows for a polished look. It is for lighter to Medium Brows and it really adds fullness ( which I need) and great definition to my brows as well.  One end is a Brow Brush, so it really is a great piece to have on hand.  I would spend the $10 that it retails for just to have an extra one on hand!

The Lavera Gentle Eye Makeup Remover has really been great for me. I always seem to have problems removing the makeup from my eyes without ending up looking like a raccoon or getting soap in my eyes. This remover, being cruelty free is also very delicate on the skin while i removes your eye makeup. Unlike may other makeup removers I have tried , it does not cause any breakouts for me, which is a huge plus because I always seem to discover a breakout after trying different makeup removers. This product alone retails for $19

The Lavera Basis Lip Balm is now what I carry in my purse or pocket everyday. I tend to get dry chapped lips year around because of the humidity in Tennessee, and with any other Lip Balms, I have to reapply  10-12 times per day, but with the Lavera basis, I have only had to reapply 4-5 times throughout my whole day. It has Organic jojoba and almond oils that  soothe chapping, while organic waxes and shea butter protect against the elements. This would cost you $5.50 by itself.

I also received a couple of samples. One was all natural sunscreen for babies, which we have not tried yet as Asher is only 3 weeks old, but I will definitely update you all on how well it works. Jessica prefers everything for Asher to be all natural, so this will be the first product we try on him.

All of these products would cost you $53.00 plus tax if you purchased them individually. My True Beauty Box offers you the opportunity to get products like these every month for a minimal price.

Flirt ($30/month), Indulge($40/month), and Veganista ($30/month). There is a month to month subscription plan or a 3 or 6 month prepaid service so you can give the True Beauty Box as a gift. The Veganista box is $85 for 3 months

I love the way this whole package comes in a cute little box and the samples are an added bonus because I get the chance to try even more products. Overall, I would give My True Beauty Box a 10 because I loved every product I received and cannot wait to get my Box next month!

You can visit My True Beauty on Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter as well as register for their emails o you can get a sneak peak at next month's products!
