New Year, New You 




Here is our day 2 Challenge


Replace one carbonated drink with a glass of water AND treat yourself to 10 minutes of some type of exercise, it doesn't have to be anything major, just something you can enjoy, maybe even as you do housework. I am personally going to do 10 minutes on my Elliptical and trade out my mid day Pop for a glass of ice water before my low carb lunch!
