GRILLED CORN IN THE HUSK WITH FETA
I am sure you have all heard how much I love Grilling corn. It is one of the most versatile Grilled Veggies out there and you can do amazing things with it.
One of my favorite ways to grill corn is obviously in the husk. To grill your corn in the husk you need to peel back the husk and remove the silk as much as possible ( if needed heat in microwave or about a minute 30 seconds and you can easily peel silk off but keep in mind that you did this on your grilling time as the corn does cook a tiny bit in the microwave) Just gently pull back the husk and remove the silk keeping the husk in tact.
You can do a few different things once you get to this point. You can season it with your favorite seasonings or do what I do which is simply coat well with butter & a touch of salt, not too much as the Feta is salty already and you do not want to over do it. You can also spice it up with Cayenne pepper if you want but I choose to let my family or guest do that themselves if they want.
So back to the corn. After you have buttered it up, put the husk back on and tie it atthe top if you can't get enough husk to tie it simply twist as tight as you can
Rub the corn with olive oil and season with seasoning salt, to taste. Grill the corn until it's charred, on all sides, rotating for about 10 minutes.
