This post is sponsored by Hamburger Helper but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

It's that time of year , you know...the time when no one wants to be spending hours in the kitchen creating those delicious nutritious meals. That's what I like about Hamburger Helper. You can have it ready from start to finish in about 30 minutes. Not only is Hamburger Helper a Quick Dinner recipe but it's an Easy Family Dinner as well. With this recipe you will have  plenty of time for sitting outside with a glass of Iced Tea or running your children from Baseball to Soccer and all of those other things that come a long with Spring & Summer.

My family loves Hamburger Helper. With so many different varieties, you really can't go wrong. It normally takes 3-4 boxes to feed my entire family. You cannot imagine the amount of food that five teenagers can put away at one time. Hamburger Helper is great for that because it's inexpensive, takes little prep time, little cook time and I can put my own spin on things as well.

Right now, When you buy 3 boxes of Hamburger Helper you can also get 1 pound of Free Ground Beef with the rebate they have going on.

My family loves Ground Beef and even though it's expensive right now, it's well worth it for my family because we can make so many different meals with it. So getting it free with this rebate is a huge plus for me. The rebate is simple to do and you can sit back and wait on it to come.

When I found the rebate last week, I wanted to take advantage of it, so I stocked up at the store. I actually purchased 12 boxes of Hamburger Helper and 4 pounds of ground beef. My local store had Hamburger Helper on sale 10 for $10 so I came out super well on this deal. As I said above, it takes at least three boxes to feed my family. So getting the rebate was super easy.

1. Visit your Local grocery Store and pick up at Least 3 boxes of Hamburger Helper

2. Print the Rebate to Mail in Here

3. Mail in the rebate

4.. Sit back and enjoy your Hamburger Helper and Pick the check up from your Mail box.

Almost sounds too simple doesn't it? Well, that's because it really is.

You can do so many different things with Hamburger Helper. from Appetizers to Dips to your Main Meal, get excited, get creative! One of my favorite creations with Hamburger Helper  is :

Baked Taco  Hamburger Helper

In this case I used the Crunchy Taco ( it has rice as well inside)

You can use a Regular round muffin pan or a Rectangular one like I used.

First: follow directions on the box for cooking the Hamburger Helper , except you will reduce your milk to 3/4 cup and your water to 1 & 1/2 cup for the filling only.

Coat your pan with Cooking Spray ( I used Olive oil)

Layer the bottom with 1/2 of  your taco chips and a small amount of cheddar or mozzarella cheese to hold the form.

Add in your hamburger helper filling

Mix your topping mix and milk together and pour over the top

Put in over to cook for 10 minutes.

remove from oven ( leave your oven on)

Sprinkle the remaining Taco Chips on top and add Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese ( I use both)

Let cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted

Remove from oven and let sit for 5-8 minutes so it can properly settle to form. Lift out with a spatula or a big spoon if using the round pan.

My kids love to Add Sour Cream and Banana Peppers with this recipe.

There are so many way you can add your own touches. I have also made Baked Pizza Pasta with this exact recipe. The only difference is that you add in some Italian Sausage, a little bit of Italian Seasonings and layer with cheese and top with Pepperoni and any other pizza toppings you like.

The Ground Beef rebate actually covers 1 pound of ground beef up to $8.06. With the price of ground beef up so high right now, you cannot afford to pass this deal up. Hamburger Helper is always an inexpensive product to purchase, usually less than $2 per box. Which means, with my recipe above for my large family, I am feeding 7 people for around $6. That is less than $1 per person . If you use my recipe above and are feeding a family of four, your cost will be close to or around 42 after the Ground Beef Rebate, so you are looking at around $   per person. Add a salad to round it all out and you are still at about $1 per person. You seriously cannot beat that.

I love when a good plan comes together, especially when it means I save. With vacation right around the corner, you are going to want to make sure to take advantage of the Ground Beef Rebate. You can also purchase the Chicken Helper or Tuna Helper and still get the Free Ground Beef also.

I also have several ways to use up any leftovers we may have, as infrequently s that happens. We have leftover night at our house. It usually falls on a Wednesday or Thursday here. Any leftovers we have had from the previous week are heated and laid out buffet style. The younger kids love this .

I love having Hamburger Helper on hand at all times. With such a large family it seems there are nights we are always on the go, so even making it just as the box says, I can have a healthy meal whipped up in no time. It's so convenient for us and my family loves it.  On nights when I am not feeling up to par, especially since my last surgery, the older kids have made Hamburger Helper a couple of times. They love to experiment as well so we have tried it with meatballs instead of plain ground beef ( they made meatballs from the ground beef) as well as just right from the box with some extra cheese and seasonings on top. I love that my kids can fix this themselves and experiment also.

So , take advantage of the Hamburger Helper Free Ground Beef rebate while it's going on.
